Deposit: full base processing price, non-refundable

Sausage, fat and other add-ons are priced on top of processing. Field dressed, please. No hooves, heads, hides or feathers.

Sausage batches have a 20 lb minimum, with up to 4 flavors per order.

Most orders are ready in one to two weeks. We’ll call you as soon as yours is ready for pickup.
